From the first phone call you made to our company, do you feel
that all of your questions were answered? "David and I
were shopping for a railing for our new outdoor front stairs. Our
first contact with Tri-Boro Fencing Contractors was a visit your office.
Steve Yost showed us several types of fencing, describing their features
and whether they are covered by a warranty. We had already talked
to two other fencing contractors. However, this visit was the most
informative. I was impressed by the diagram that we were given so
that Steve could gather information about the precise specifications of
our stairs; no other contractor had done that. I was also
impressed by Steve's willingness to visit our site several times and to
answer our questions during those visits.
Was the job done in a timely manner? Yes!, the job was done in a timely manner. Once we provided a down payment, Steve indicated that delivery would be made in approximately two weeks. When I had not heard from Tri-Boro after that time frame, I called in order to find out about the status of our job. Regrettably, there were some complications regarding delivery of the railing from the manufacturer. A call to us indicating a delay, would have been appreciated. However, all went well, and Tri-Boro's crew arrived on the scheduled day.
Was the job done to your satisfaction? The crew seemed to be meticulous in performing the installation, and the railing looks great.
How was the job site during the installation? The crew seemed organized and tidy during the installation. I was concerned when some construction items were laid on our newly seeded grass. However, no damage was done. The site looked as good a new when the job was finished.
