What to Expect During a Free Estimate

When you call Tri-Boro Fencing Contractors Inc for a free estimate, our office personnel will work to schedule an appointment at your convenience. We offer weekday, early evening and Saturday appointments. We like to meet with all decision makers if possible.

Our sales associates will arrive with material samples if requested, brochures, and most importantly, expertise to assess your needs and property for the best solution. At this point the estimator will then make a field drawing and take measurements of your yard. He will then return to the office to complete your estimate. Our estimators are courteous, professionally trained and always carry identification.

You will receive a written estimate with a price for your project which will be good for 30 days either by e-mail or regular mail (your choice). Once you review your estimate and want to proceed with your project, Tri-Boro will forward a Proposal for you to sign and return with your one-half deposit.

Once we receive the signed proposal and deposit we will put your project on our board. You, as the homeowner, are responsible to obtain the permit unless you live in Whitehall. Or if obtaining the permit is questionable for you, Tri-Boro will then gladly obtain it for you. There will be a nominal fee that will be assessed on your final invoice with the fee for the permit. If your township requires a site drawing, we will be happy to help. If you are not sure of your property lines and need a survey done, we will gladly give some recommendations.

You will be notified of an installation date when we get the confirmation of delivery for your materials. Once we are in receipt of your materials we will do the PA One Call.

Our customer service department is happy to answer any questions you may have before, during or after the installation process.
